1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect or different from the order
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

- Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the product.
- After verification, our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:

- Refund will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
